All State Selection Process

-This is an imperfect process at best, but the goal is to recognize the best players across the state
          -Coaches should take care to minimize personal bias and bartering when making decisions on players under consideration
          -The objective of naming the best players is separate from recognizing the state champion from any division.
          -There is no guarantee or magic number for how many players from the final four teams should be on the First or Second team.
          -While the playoff teams may place a higher number of  players on the teams, great care should be taken to ensure that it is the players being considered and not the teams for which they play.
