Average Enrollment Formula

The formula that TAPPS uses to determine average enrollment involves taking the enrollment on each of the three transfer deadlines from the previous school year for grades 9-12 as well as three times the enrollment on the Fall transfer deadline of the current school year for grades 9-12. The sum of all these enrollments are then divided by six to produce the average enrollment used in determining classification for the next two year cycle.
