Transfer Students – Important Questions

-Is the student in good standing at the previous school?
-Has the student been assigned or presently attending an “alternative school” for disciplinary reasons?
-Is the student on grade level based on the transcripts presented?
-Will “extra” classes be required to reach grade level or remain on grade level?
-Did the student participate in athletics at the previous school?
-Did the student participate on a team or receive private instruction from any school personnel at the new school?
-Most Important Question – What made you inquire of our school?
-Most Important Question – If senior transfer, why moving now?
